Cubby is a New Zealand-owned modular building company based in Avondale, Auckland. We provide new, contemporary style buildings of all sizes. These are most commonly used for sleepouts, holiday batches or modular homes. Building with Cubby involves choosing from our range of pre-set plans or developing bespoke plans for a new build with the help of our experienced team. Put simply we plan, build and transport buildings throughout New Zealand to clients who would want a little extra design, services and quality.
